PA Pay It Forward Campaign

'Pay It Forward' is People's Association's internal communications campaign encouraging teamwork and kindness amongst staff.


Gosh developed two sets of creative posters, which:

  1. Reminded staff to practice teamwork, by sharing tips and benefits of working cohesively together

  2. Called staff to appreciate share inspiring acts of kindness they've received from their colleagues

The posters were put up around PA headquarters, where they helped to foster a culture of teamwork, caring, kindness and appreciation amongst PA staff.
