As the economy transitions back to a steadier state, many women who took a career break are considering to re-join the workforce. At the same time, many employers are also looking to expand their hiring pool as they resume growing their business.
Workforce Singapore (WSG) has curated a suite of career programmes and services to guide jobseekers as they search, prepare, and secure new employment and to support employers in hiring back-to-work women.
The initiative was aptly named herCareer.
